Terms of Agreement: Baseline Accreditation Fee
1. Scope of the Fee
HANSE ENERGY OIL charges a Baseline Accreditation Fee covering all assessment formalities and accreditation procedures. Payment of this fee is mandatory and constitutes a prerequisite for entering into any business relationship with HANSE ENERGY OIL. It forms the basis for all related commercial transactions, financial operations, and licensing activities.
2. Payment Terms
Validity: The accreditation is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance.
Currency: All payments shall be made in euros (EUR).
Due Date: The Baseline Accreditation Fee is due and payable in full upon issuance of the invoice.
Refund Policy: The Baseline Accreditation Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, irrespective of the outcome of any subsequent business transactions or negotiations.
3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement and all related transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria, including all applicable public regulations. Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent court at the registered office of HANSE ENERGY OIL.
