HANSE 2026: New Business Center?

Invitation to join our Joint-Venture All-in Office Center for Energy, Gas & Oil companies

HANSE is seeking a suitable rental or purchase property in Singapore, Dubai, Vienna, or London for the establishment of a Joint-Venture Office Center.

The office center is planned for office and startup enterprises that specialize in the energy, gas and oil sectors and requires excellent local infrastructure and transport links. The property should have a maximum Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 2,500 square meters. In this context, we specifically invite our partners and business clients to participate in this project in some capacity and/or to express their interest.

The primary goal is the creation of (and potential collaboration within) a heterogeneous corporate structure composed of specialized companies. This structure would ideally include, for example, lawyers, tax consultants, shipping agencies, senior bankers, and other relevant service providers.
