Notwithstanding the Signature Date, this Agreement shall come into effect on the Effective Date and shall terminate on the Expiry Date, unless otherwise terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, as provided for elsewhere in this Agreement

Independent Inspection
The inspection of each Shipment of the Product for quality and quantity shall be conducted at the time of loading at the Delivery Point. The inspector shall be appointed by both Parties jointly, with the costs split as 50% for the Buyer and 50% for the Seller. The quality and quantity of the Product thus ascertained shall be set forth in the certificate of inspection issued by the appointed inspector.

The amount of the bonus/dividend is determined by the sales revenue generated by HANSE. However, we guarantee a minimum of 3.75% for each individual business transaction. Brokers receive compensation not only for active transactions, but also for all passive business transactions conducted by their specifically assigned and registered clients.
